Below is an idea of what you get with a full planning package:
 
We start with the first meeting (at the wedding or event location if already chosen) where the planner gets to know you and get a feel for your tastes and style.  Then we get to work, hiring vendors (giving you the discounts they give us a regulars), putting together schedules and coordinating between staff.  We go over everything from color schemes to dress and hair styles and floral arrangements.  We are also available for any questions you may have.
 
The entire time, we handle all scheduling, contract negotiating and yes, even mediating when needed!  We schedule a final pre-event meeting to ensure everything is in order and to the specifications of the client. 
 
Then the rehearsal starts and everything is in the planner's hands from then on - you get to just relax and enjoy every minute of your function!
We take care of set up, tear down, vendor balance payments, floral and cake deliveries, you name it we handle it.
